We are excited to welcome you back to Olympia London for our SS edition this January

Your safety whilst visiting our events remains our number one priority, please read the following information which outlines which precautions we are putting in place for September.

You will be asked to demonstrate your COVID-19 status when entering the event. It’s quick and simple to demonstrate your COVID-19 status using the NHS COVID Pass. If you have been double vaccinated we will also accept proof of this via your vaccination card or letter.

By downloading the NHS App onto your smartphone, you can use the NHS COVID Pass to show your vaccination or lateral flow test status to the registration staff as you enter the event.  Or, download and show an offline version or print a copy of your status and show the printed version instead.

FAQ'S

WHAT IS THE CONDITION OF ENTRY?

Everyone (aged 11 and over) will be required to show proof of COVID status upon entry,

  • PROOF OF FULL VACCINATION – both doses received (with the second at least 14 days prior to the event). This can be provided either via the NHS COVID PASS on the NHS app or by presenting your vaccination card or letter.

  • NHS NEGATIVE LATERAL FLOW TEST taken within 48hrs prior to arrival at the event

Although not mandatory we would encourage visitors to do a lateral flow test even if vaccinated – this ensures extra protection for yourself and all other attendees and exhibitors.

ATTENDING FROM ENGLAND

For buyers and exhibitors resident in England, you can show your status easily via the NHS COVID Pass on the NHS App. For more information on how to do this please click here.

We recommend that you screenshot or download a copy of your NHS COVID Pass prior to arrival so that you have it ready to show on entry to the event along with your digital badge.

If you don’t have access to a smartphone or computer, then you can call 119 to request a letter to demonstrate your vaccination status or do it online here. Please note that the letter can take up to 5 working days to reach you.

Alternatively, we will accept proof of vaccination via the vaccine card you receive when getting the vaccine.
