Natasha Colk is the founder of Curated, a retail buying consultancy for independent retailers and product brands. She spent 15 years buying for some of the UK's biggest high street names before moving to lead buying at an independent department store, giving her a rare dual perspective on how ranges work at both ends of retail. Curated was born from a conviction that independents deserve access to the same buying discipline as the corporates, translated for the reality of running a smaller business.
