Michelle Hughes is the managing director of Tara Bernerd & Partners. Having worked with the practice for ten years, Michelle has played a pivotal role on many of the studio’s key projects in Europe, USA, and Asia. Michelle is responsible for the running of the company and ensuring exceptional design output across all projects.

While leading the team of directors, Michelle also serves as a mentor to all employees encouraging a collaborative studio environment, and is hands on in the creative process from concept to completion.
