Jack Norman, Store Experience Manager at Selfridges & Co, started his retail career as a part time Sales Associate in 2014. Throughout the trajectory of his time in the industry people have always been at the heart of his work. In his current role he is passionate about changing the culture of how we experience retail as a customer and as a staff member. Encouraged by co-founding the men’s wellbeing and personal development organisation Milk for Tea, Jack’s approach is centred around developing people from the inside out.
