He consults for leading design and hospitality organisations; hosts the annual Restaurant & Bar Design Awards and its talks programme; is seminar chair for Hi Design’s global portfolio of hotel design events (Europe, MEA, Asia and the Americas); and is a regular speaker at various design, travel and food & drink forums.
