Founded by a team of history documentary makers, Brickwork was born from a desire to move beyond traditional television and create historical projects with complete creative freedom. From beautifully produced boardgames and engaging video content to history books and educational activities, our aim is to make history accessible, entertaining, immersive and unforgettable.
Earlier this year we launched our HistroMax YouTube channel, and we're delighted to be exhibiting at Top Drawer our first boardgame, The Terror: Paris 1793. Set during the dramatic final stages of the French Revolution, players must navigate the dangerous world of revolutionary politics, forging alliances while avoiding the ever-present threat of the guillotine.
The Terror is only the beginning though. We are currently developing a growing range of historically themed board games, arts and crafts kits, books and educational products covering periods from Ancient Rome to Tudor England and beyond.
