Block Design began in 2000, shortly after I graduated. I was keen to combine a passion for design with my engineering background, to create a range of functional, beautiful lifestyle products.
The first Block product was a vase, since then we have added desk accessories, games and more homeware to the collection.
Each day the studio is a collaborative hub of creativity, colour and innovation. Every product begins life in the studio, situated above our workshop. We work hard to ensure we deliver the highest quality design and finish.
Our aim is to bring joy, infusing life with colour, distinctive design and products made to last.
In 2023 we received certification as a B Corporation, joining a growing group of companies reinventing business by pursuing purpose as well as profit.
