Sharon White's debut exhibition at Top Drawer-Stand H1
International artist, Sharon White, is making her debut appearance at Top Drawer Olympia, situate at Stand H1, where she is exhibiting her current collection of wall art, exquisite scatter cushions and luxury faux throws.
She has enjoyed exhibitions both in the UK and the UAE and her work has been featured in 6* Hotels and prestigious properties worldwide. Her use of mixed media, from Swarovski crystals to delicate fabrics and pearls, create a dynamic thread of spectacular images.
Sharon graduated from Southampton University in arts education and went on to teach art for 17 years at secondary schools. She was accredited as an advanced skills teacher in 2011 and launched her creative art and home furnishings emporium in 2013.
In 2014, Sharon toured the UK visiting key cities, supported by headline names from stage and screen, to include Lorraine Kelly, Tess Daly, Kirstie Allsopp and the professional dancers and judges from Strictly Come Dancing. The artwork created, entitled ‘The Tree of Life’ was ultimately exhibited in London at Zandra Rhodes’ Fashion & Festival Museum and has since travelled 10,000 miles across the globe.
In March 2015, Sharon chose Dubai for her next art exhibition, which formed part of Dubai’s International Art Festival. Fifteen of her artworks were displayed and she was delighted by the interest in her work.
In 2017 the mixed-media artist launched her luxury interior furnishings range, to include wall art, scatter cushions, faux fur throws and most recently an exquisite stationery range. She is exhibiting these at Top Drawer, Olympia in January and enthuses “I always relish a new challenge and am thrilled to make my debut appearance at Olympia. I’ve already had a lot of interest and have meetings booked for bespoke commissions, plus collaborative interior projects”. Sharon can be located at Stand H1.
