Features of “buøy” Vol.1

①Work for Volunteer Groups

Volunteer groups have been piking up marine debris every time a beach gets dirty. It’s not free to do, because it does cost a lot of money to get the tools and dispose of the garbage. However they don’t necessarily get paid for it. It doesn’t sustainable. You never know when they might not be able to continue cleaning up beaches.

We want to support them.

We buy marine debris they piked up for the same price as virgin plastic material, so they can profit. Moreover, products made from marine debris they pick up can be sold as local souvenirs, revitalizing the community as well. Volunteer groups have told us that they are happy that the marine debris they pick up is not only disposed of as garbage, but also turned into products.

We want customers to know their existence and the current reality of the ocean through our product: buøy. We thank them for letting us make such beutiful products.

Once you know buøy, you’ll be hooked.
