Scottish based craft chocolatier COCO will be launching an inspirational new gifting chocolate collection at Top Drawer at Olympia in London from 8-10 September.

We will be exhibiting our artisanal edible chocolate gifts at stand FE138. Top Drawer features a host of design-led brands, focusing on gift, home and lifestyle and is the perfect platform to showcase the new range of premium chocolate from COCO - The Art of Chocolate.

COCO’s new collection features unique flavour combinations, single-origin ethical chocolate and commissioned bespoke artworks by emerging independent artists from around the world. Crafting exciting new flavours from all-natural ingredients with the world’s finest cocoa, fully traceable back to origin, COCO’s chocolate is both ethical and luxurious. Each chocolate bar is enveloped in a unique contemporary design by emerging artists from around the world. COCO is as passionate about art as it is about ethical high-quality chocolate.


Twelve Bar Collection

The Art of Chocolate twelve-bar full collection is curated with one bar from each of the COCO range. This is the ultimate gift, a real luxurious chocolate treat. Each bar is hand-crafted and wrapped in original, unique and contemporary designs. Our chocolate is both ethically sourced and sustainable.


Six Bar Dark Chocolate Collection

The Art of Chocolate six-bar vegan dark chocolate collection features COCO’s core dark chocolate range including Isle of Skye Sea Salt, Earl Grey Tea, Cold Brew Coffee, Passion Fruit, Gin & Tonic and Colombian Plain Dark Chocolate. Wrapped in luxurious packaging, these delicious artisan single-origin chocolate bars are made in Edinburgh. A unique gift for someone who appreciates luxury chocolate and contemporary design.


Six Bar Milk Chocolate Collection

The Art of Chocolate Six Bar Milk Chocolate Collection features a variety of six 80g milk chocolate bars including Colombian Plain Milk, Orange, Lavender, Rhubarb & Ginger, Isle of Skye Sea Salt Milk and Salted Caramel. All our chocolate creations are inspired by art and a desire to innovate. With boundary-pushing flavours and contemporary design, we have created a chocolate experience that is hard to rival.


Isle of Skye Sea Salted Caramel Truffles (Ten Piece) and (Five Piece)

The Art of Chocolate Ten Truffle Collection is luxurious caramel made with a pinch of sea salt from the pristine waters of the Isle of Skye, Scotland. Sweet and comforting chocolate flavour enhanced by a salty luxury finish.



COCO is a passionate supporter of artists and was delighted to collaborate with 5 talented artists from Berlin to Glasgow on designs. The five artists behind the new collection are:

Stephen Smith / Neasden Control Centre is an award-winning illustrator & graphic artist. His work is known for its multi-disciplined process led hand-drawn style within a graphic composition.


Palefroi is Damien Tran and Marion Jdanoff, two french artists currently based in Berlin. They work at the crossroads of printmaking, illustration, publishing and applied arts.


Rachael Hood is an Edinburgh-based GSA graduate. Her work takes inspiration from cultural, geographic and socio-economic influences.


Mari Campistron is an illustrator based in Glasgow. Her risograph print work combines colours, drawings and existing imagery to convey stories.


William La Chance is listed in the top 500 artists from US-born 1966 or later. His pictures are associations of displaced forms and colours from graphic design, fashion, art history and nature.




We only source chocolate from Colombia from plantations we visit on an annual basis, assuring the highest standard of ethics as well as the highest quality of cocoa beans. Challenging industry norms, we begin making our chocolate at origin before passionately transforming it in Edinburgh. As a result, more wealth remains within developing economies.
