With nearly 40 years of sugar crafting behind us, we know a thing or two about confectionery. Over the past decade, we have been perfecting all our confectionery, including a range of delicious hand-worked caramels, and gourmet brittles. Each batch of caramels is worked to a boil and poured by hand, before being enrobed in delicious Belgian milk chocolate, and finished with elegant decorations. Our brittles are similarly, loaded with rich, all-natural ingredients before being poured and hand-stretched on Carrara marble slabs, to achieve that optimal snap.
