I'm an artist/illustrator at the beginning of my career. I love to tell stories through my art, and have always been fascinated by surrealism, fairy tales, all things fantastical and myths from all cultures! I pour a lot of myself into my art, exploring my feelings and mental illness and trying to give the intangible a form that will connect with other people. I want to be able to explore dark themes in a playful way, and be able to face those difficult aspects of life (which is probably why I like fairy tales so much) and encourage others not to be afraid, but to be curious and kind.
Speaking of being playful, I love designing for products as well as prints of my art! I want my work to be accessible to as many people as possible, whether that means they wear my art (as a temporary tattoo), play with my art (using my playing cards) or using my art (my tote bags and stationery!). I find it very exciting when people resonate with my work and I want to explore all avenues to find those people.
