Mandi Welton is the artist and owner of Woo Hoo Prints, based in a beautiful little market town in the heart of England.

You can find colourful and cheerful prints to jazz up homes and workplaces. Launching at this Top Drawer show there are a range of 45 new birthday cards and 14 cute wooden hanging decorations.
